Personio brings me in to shape its entire keynote production for HUG, the company's annual flagship conference — from the first script draft to the moment the leadership team walks on stage.
Challenge
At HUG, Personio presents its product innovations to thousands of HR professionals, industry leaders, and clients. The task each year: turn complex technological advances into a keynote that actually lands — on a stage built around a 25x4-meter screen, with full large-scale production values. Complexity had to become clarity, and clarity had to become a moment people remember.
Approach
I have led Personio's keynote production for several years. That means scripting the first draft, then assembling and orchestrating the team that builds it out — designers, media producers, technical specialists. I shape the narrative spine, visual concept, and storytelling framework so the keynote reads as a single, cohesive story rather than a sequence of feature slides. And I coach the entire leadership team on stage presence and delivery, for an audience of thousands.
