As a global leader in home furnishings, IKEA fosters a leadership culture rooted in collaboration and innovation. I worked closely with their top executives and leadership teams, enhancing their public presence through one-on-one coaching and storytelling workshops.
Challenge
IKEA needed to equip its leaders with the skills to communicate strategic goals, inspire teams, and confidently engage diverse audiences. Beyond refining leadership messaging, the company sought a structured approach to strengthen collaboration during Leadership Days. Additionally, key executives required tailored coaching to enhance their public appearances, from high-profile interviews to on-stage presentations.
Approach
Working closely with IKEA’s top German leadership, I design targeted storytelling workshops, help conceptualize the internal Leadership Days, and provide one-on-one coaching for executives. Leaders learn to craft compelling narratives, refine their presentation techniques, and develop a cohesive communication framework. My coaching sessions prepare executives for media interviews and keynote speeches, ensuring they deliver messages with clarity, confidence, and impact.
