I designed and led "Storytelling for Influence," a program equipping senior European leaders at Google with the storytelling craft to strengthen their leadership presence and public communication.

Challenge

Google's senior women leaders were already highly accomplished — in leadership, in external engagements, on social. What many wanted was sharper narrative craft: the ability to build a story that drives decisions, advocates effectively for diversity, and holds an audience. The task was to give them a repeatable method, not a one-off pep talk.

Approach

I led the "Storytelling for Influence" workshop for senior leaders across Google in Europe. Participants worked through structured narrative frameworks, hands-on exercises, and direct coaching — applied immediately to the contexts that matter: presentations, negotiations, and their own LinkedIn presence. They left with a method they could use the next day, not notes they'd file away.

Result

The program scored a 100% NPS — every participant would recommend it. Beyond the score, leaders left with sharper narratives, a stronger presence, and a clear framework for sharing insights. The workshop was singled out for its practical impact and its value as a peer network among senior women across the company.
