I'm an executive coach and consultant using human-centered design to drive innovation and communication.
Actor turned TV-presenter turned coach
In everything I do, people are always at the center of my work.
Nothing excites me more than fresh ideas paired with effective visual communication. I empower innovators worldwide to devise innovative business concepts and present them compellingly.
At 18, I entered the television industry as an actor and presenter, captivating millions over the years. I hosted youth shows for RTL, Europe's largest broadcaster, sharing the stage with co-hosts like Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, and renowned German comedian Helge Schneider. During my extensive tenure at RTL, I received journalistic training from the prestigious Adolf Grimme Institut. My acting portfolio spans roles in movies, sitcoms, and crime series across the major German TV networks.
After leaving television, I spent three years as an acting coach, integrating training from American storytelling principles and Russian acting techniques.
The actors I mentored achieved success in auditions and secured roles in movies and plays. In 2009, I became involved with the TED event series. Drawing on my background as a professional show host, actor, and acting coach, I prepared over 350 speakers for TEDx conferences in Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg. Concurrently, I ventured into academia, joining the coaching team at Potsdam's School of Design Thinking and instructing at the Strategic Design master programme of Berlin Design Academy.
In 2012, I founded PEAK, an agency specializing in innovation and communication.
My next step naturally led me to the startup world. In 2014, I joined Berlin’s Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator. There, I designed and led a three-month pitch design and coaching program, assisting founders and entrepreneurs in crafting a concise, five-minute pitch for potential investors working with hundreds of startups.
With nearly two decades of experience as a professional presenter, consultant, and coach, I've formulated my own methodology to help individuals craft concise pitch presentations or inspirational speeches in the renowned TED style which I have recorded in my book "Beyond the Obvious".
I have been a speaker and host at numerous significant conferences in the design, tech, startup, and digital business sectors across the DACH region such as Architectural Digest, WIRED, the German Startup Association, and Wirtschaftswoche and many more.
A world in which everyone gets understood instantly.
