The challenge was transforming complex technological advancements into a captivating, high-impact experience resonating with HR professionals, industry leaders, and clients—on a massive stage featuring a 25x4-meter-wide screen and large-scale production values.
Approach
I have supported Personio’s production cycle for several years, from scripting the first draft to assembling and orchestrating a team of top creatives, including designers, media producers, and technical specialists. I helped shape the narrative, visual concept, and storytelling framework to ensure clarity and emotional impact. Additionally, I coached the entire leadership team, refining their stage presence and delivery for an audience of thousands.
